Qualifications

• Experience performing laborer and custodial tasks under general supervision.
• Ability to operate trucks up to 10,000 pounds.
• Experience cleaning restrooms, windows, carpets, floors, and removing trash.
• Ability to use and maintain cleaning tools and floor care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboring and custodial duties under supervision with safety in mind.
• Clean restrooms, windows, vacuum carpets and floors, and empty trash/recyclables.
• Operate power equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers and strippers.
