Qualifications

• Probationary period of 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Operate motor vehicles up to 10,000 pounds capacity.
• Change light bulbs, wash walls, replace blinds and ceiling fixtures.
• Lift 50 pounds daily and work on ladders/scaffolds.
