We give guests the unique thrill of operating REAL heavy construction equipment—like excavators and skid steers—alongside awesome attractions like our Dude Perfect Trick Shot Zone and the CRUSHER live souvenir flattening experience.

Your Job as an Park Arrivals Team Member:

• Processing guest transactions using a point of sale system related to the sale and upgrading of ticket products.
• Validating guest tickets while providing a friendly and efficient welcome to Dig World.
• Working supporting arrivals functions including Crossing Guard, Guest Services, and Exit Greeter.
• Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of admission products and assisting guests with purchasing the best option to meet their unique needs.
• Being a service role model and contributing to building a culture of operational and service excellence.
• Other duties as assigned.
