Job summary

Unbound is seeking a Junior Account Manager in Kansas City, KS to build and nurture Catholic parish relationships and coordinate outreach across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• At least 1 year of inside sales, customer service or account management experience.
• Experience working with Catholic parishes or faith-based communities is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Execute scalable outreach to build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Build rapport with integrity and excellence.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach and customize offerings.
• Secure and schedule pastor-led appeals and events for Unbound representatives.
• Coordinate account plans with channel leaders, outreach, marketing and operations.
• Troubleshoot issues and follow up with attention to detail.
• Improve sales processes and prospecting and outreach strategies.
