Responsibilities

• Directs the development and implementation of the parish budget.
• Supervises counting and deposits of offerings and receipts weekly.
• Reviews invoices, bills, and expenses; processes through Bill.com weekly.
• Oversees payroll functions and maintains employee job descriptions.
• Ensures staff and volunteers comply with Safe Environment requirements.
• Manages facilities operations, contracts, and maintenance.
