Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in accounting/finance, preferably in parish or nonprofit.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel; GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions including payables, receivables, GL, and monthly close.
• Ensure internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Assist in parish and school budgets, reports, and monthly financial reports.
• Develop monthly variance reports and forecasts for leadership.
• Manage giving systems and vendor relations.
• Provide payroll back-up and tax payments.
• Attend Archdiocesan meetings.
