Qualifications

• A valid Texas driver's license is required.
• Certification in Diocese of Austin EIM within 90 days of employment and maintaining certification throughout the employment period.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee maintenance staff.
• Plan and maintain the annual budget for contractor agreements.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors.
• Inspect and repair electrical and plumbing services.
• Create and maintain HVAC needs and repairs.
