Christ the King Catholic Church – Belton, Texas seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the safety and operation of parish facilities. You will follow a preventive maintenance plan covering HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and security, while coordinating with parish staff, volunteers, and service vendors.

The role requires strong organization, self-motivation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position offering benefits and paid time off.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years' general maintenance experience.
• English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Valid Texas driver's license and compliance with EIM policies.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain facility components, service schedules and vendor contacts.
• Coordinate maintenance with parish staff and volunteers; assign small repairs.
• Inspect facilities, report damage, and log maintenance work.
• Prepare parish facilities for meetings and events, including A/V setup and security checks.
