Job summary

St. Mark the Evangelist Church seeks a Development Coordinator to guide the Stewardship Campaign, Archbishop’s Appeal for Ministries, and related fundraising efforts. You will foster donor relationships and coordinate parish communications to support mission and ministry outreach.

You will work closely with the Pastor, oversee content creation for weekly communications, and help plan events and budget tracking throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years minimum ministry experience in a Catholic environment.
• Bachelor degree in communications, business or related field требуется, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs all stewardship campaigns and fundraising events to meet parish goals.
• Assesses initiatives to strengthen relationships with parishioners and families.
• Maintains a strategic communications calendar for events and outreach.
• Coordinates public relations and social media for parish events and ministries.
• Identifies donor opportunities and prepares proposals for donors and foundations.
• Manages a donor database and archival of contributions.
