Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking an Operations Manager based in Paris to own market-level initiatives, drive growth and quality, and deliver a seamless customer experience in the French market. You’ll lead cross-functional projects with an analytical mindset and strong modelling skills.

In this role you’ll influence strategy, improve network efficiency, and partner with riders and restaurants to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a high-paced, project-based organisation (tech startup or management consultancy).
• Strong experience in quantitative and qualitative analytics (Excel modelling, database crunching) and mastery of Google Suite/Microsoft Office.
• Track record in autonomously structuring, coordinating and executing projects.
• Prioritises effectively between tasks and can manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent (oral / written) communication in both English and French; experience presenting to a senior audience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Own complex logistic and financial strategic initiatives, collaborate with various business units, and contribute to continuous improvement in our delivery network.
• Own part of our network efficiency: define market-winning strategies at a hyper-local level, balancing cost priorities with growth and service level delivery.
• Improve the customer and rider proposition by joining a team dedicated to delivering better outcomes for riders, partners and customers.
