Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a New Partner Experience Team Lead for the French Market. You will manage a team of NPX agents to get restaurants live in France and grow order volume within the first 8 weeks, reporting to the Head of New Partner Experience in Manchester.

The role is based in Manchester on a hybrid basis, with office three days a week. Hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00–17:30. Fluent English and French and 2+ years of management experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in account management or customer service desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a team of New Partner Experience Agents.
• Coach team members to develop skills, monitor behaviour and attendance, and refine onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with other Team Leads to align goals and share best practices.
• Report on team performance and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Ensure the team consistently hits targets and maintains high service standards for new restaurant partners.
• Assist restaurants in becoming comfortable with Deliveroo systems to maximise their new partnership.
