Job summary

University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB (UEC) seeks a Project Coordinator to manage parenting courses, schedules, and staff support across CSUSB programs. This role operates part-time and non-exempt, with duties across campus locations in the Inland Empire.

You will coordinate with school districts and community sites, hire and onboard instructors, and oversee class setup and participation tracking. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; travel across the Inland Empire

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in child/family interventions and project implementation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage schedules and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parenting courses with school districts and community sites.
• Establish class schedules and assign parent educators.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and identifying substitute instructors.
• Manage course setup through TRST and other required systems.
• Oversee recruitment and enrollment for parenting classes.
• Monitor program participation and course completion.
