Job summary

University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB (UEC) is seeking a Project Coordinator for part-time, non-exempt work at CSUSB Campus and sites in the Inland Empire. The 25-hour work week may include evenings and weekends.

Salary is $24.00 per hour, through 6/30/2027 with the possibility of renewal based on funds and performance. Under supervision of the Director, you will coordinate parenting courses, schedule classes, assist with hiring and onboarding, manage course setup, and oversee both

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in child development, early childhood education, clinical counseling, social work, school counseling, school psychology or related field.
• Experience in child/family interventions and project implementation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to supervise staff and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parenting courses with school districts and community sites.
• Establish class schedules and assign parent educators.
• Support and supervise staff; assist with hiring and onboarding of instructors.
• Manage course setup and enrollment; oversee recruitment and attendance.
• Oversee online courses (Google Classroom/Zoom) and ensure records are complete.
