What Will I Do as a Family Support Case Manager?

In this role, you will:

• Provide in-home visiting services to parent(s), first time parent(s), and those with children who may benefit from additional support to promote positive outcomes.
• Create individualized plans to help parent(s) develop confidence in caring for their children and building self-esteem.
• Provide education about child growth and development as well as offer support and reinforcement for healthy parenting skills.
• Offer assistance to all members of the family to resolve the tensions and Discord Which Can Arise About Co-parenting, Visitation, Discipline, etc.
