Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Mechanic-Parenteral Operations for the Manatí site in Puerto Rico. You will handle preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on parenteral manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety policies, and company standards.

The role requires an associate degree and hands-on experience in manufacturing maintenance, with MAXIMO system knowledge. Ability to work all shifts including weekends and OT is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in Mechanics, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related technical field.
• Experience as Mechanic for manufacturing equipment with corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of MAXIMO computer systems.
• Able to work all shifts including weekends and OT.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on parenteral manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment with compliance to SOPs and safety policies at the Manatí site.
• Document activities and coordinate with operations to maintain uptime.
