The PRM is especially influential during the RAMP phase—the period leading up to your opening and through your first year. Their efforts in building community awareness, driving local marketing, and personally connecting with potential customers fuel early enrollment and lay the foundation for long-term growth. By attending local events and actively promoting pre-opening offers, the PRM ensures momentum at launch—and helps maintain it through the RAMP phase. A strong PRM is a high-energy, socially confident team builder who thrives on connecting with people and thinking creatively. This includes developing and executing a localized marketing strategy, attending community events, and building relationships with local businesses.
