Workstream is seeking a Customer Service / Cashier Team Member in Roanoke, Virginia. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions starting at $14/hr, providing opportunities to develop valuable customer service skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Team Members will assist guests at the front counter, drive-thru, and dine-in areas while benefiting from employee meals, flexible scheduling, and potential leadership development.

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service while taking guest orders accurately and efficiently at the front counter or drive‑thru using registers or iPads.
• Deliver dine‑in and mobile orders promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked restaurant environment.
• Assist with cleaning and restocking during non‑peak hours.
• Work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented restaurant environment.
• Cross‑train in Front of House and Back of House support positions, including food preparation, fryer, grill, and additional stations as needed.

Shift Availability

• Must have Saturday availability.
