Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is highly desired.
• Ability to drive to family homes within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-judgmental, unconditional positive support to families and youth.
• Customize helping approaches to fit each family’s uniqueness, culture and interests.
• Dialogue with referred parents and relate personal experience to build trust.
• Reach agreement with parents about activities contributing to healing.
• Review and analyze the team plan and suggest improvements to increase parent participation.
• Assist the parent in analyzing team progress toward goals and solicit feedback.
• Help achieve outcomes by partnering with families and community supports.
