Richmond County School System seeks a Part Time Parent Facilitator to implement a Title I parent involvement program at the school and empower families to participate in their children’s education. Must possess, at a minimum, a four-year degree from an accredited college or university in an area related to the following: Child Development, Family Dynamics and Family Needs, and Human Diversity, etc.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, and work comfortably with school staff, parents, and the community. Knowledge of the use of technology is required.
Should have experience working within the community to build relationships with and obtain resources for the families being served.
This position is responsible for the implementation of an effective Title I parent program within the school and for empowering parents to build capacity and be involved in the education of their children.
