Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore seeks an Impact and Innovation Coordinator to provide proactive operational and logistical support for J Life, Arts Enrichment, J NEXT, and major community events. You will help manage enrollment, procurement, event flow, and communications.

The role suits someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by turning systems into well-executed programs.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics including scheduling, room setup, supplies, vendor coordination, staffing needs, and communications
• Maintain program data including attendance tracking
• Support preparation of post event reports
• Assist with budget tracking, purchasing, reimbursements, and basic financial documentation for assigned initiatives
• Help maintain organized systems for calendars, files, documentation, and project tracking
• Provide on-site support for select programs, events, and community engagement initiatives
• Perform other related administrative and operational duties as assigned
