BCFS Health and Human Services in Texas is seeking a Home Visitor/Parent Educator to deliver quality services to at-risk families under the Texas Home Visiting Program. You will use professional judgment and best practices to support families while ensuring program compliance.
The role involves direct family engagement, intake and assessments, intensive case management, health education, and collaboration with the Program Director.

Education: Required - High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred - Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience: Required - With high school diploma or equivalent, at least 5 years of experience in a related field. Preferred - Bilingual Spanish
Summary: The Home Visitor/Parent Educator is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to ensure quality services are provided to the service population while maintaining compliance with established program standards.
