Job summary

MTM Transit in Gilbert, AZ is hiring Full-Time Paratransit Shuttle Bus Drivers (Entry-Level, Non-CDL). You will provide safe, on-time transportation for riders, assist with loading and mobility devices, and follow DOT and ADA requirements during daily routes.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 21+ years old, a valid license, and the ability to pass background checks and DOT screening. Shifts cover 4:00am–1:00am, 30–40 hours weekly, with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license for past 3 years.
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for riders.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading and mobility devices as needed.
• Ensure on-time pickup/drop-off and comply with safety protocols.
