Job summary

Wildhorsepass is seeking a Shuttle Operator in Chandler, AZ to transport guests along scheduled routes and assist with special trips. You will maintain clean vehicles, perform routine inspections, and deliver excellent customer service while adhering to safety standards.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a valid AZ driver license with a clean driving record. CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days and drug screening are required. Background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide 39-month violation-free MVR report
• CPR and First Aid Certification within 90 days of hire
• Non-smoking during shift and in public view
• Extensive criminal background screening required

Responsibilities

• Operate passenger shuttle on a scheduled route to and from various locations throughout the Development.
• Operate shuttle on special trips as scheduled by the Transportation Manager.
• Keep records of passengers in the Log; create related reports.
• Perform daily inspections and record findings.
• Provide cleaning maintenance on shuttle vehicles (cleaning, washing, waxing).
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of shuttle vehicles after drop-offs.
• Practice safe driving at all times.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
