WeDriveU, a leader in shared mobility solutions, seeks a Paratransit Driver in Concord, NC to provide safe, reliable transportation for seniors and passengers with disabilities. You will operate a range of vehicles, follow schedules, and maintain high safety and service standards.

The role requires a clean driving record, a valid state license, and successful completion of safety training. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities to grow within our transit

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid state driver's license.
• Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening.
• Must satisfactorily complete and attend safety trainings and meetings.
• Solid knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation by operating position-specific vehicles.
• Report maintenance issues and follow company procedures.
• Maintain on-time performance and keep vehicle clean and presentable.
• Assist passengers and evacuate during emergencies when needed.
• Complete paperwork (route sheets, time cards, repair requests) promptly.
• Maintain cooperative attitude with colleagues, customers and passengers.
• Prepare vehicle for inclement weather and use equipment safely.
• Other duties as assigned by location.
