Transdev is seeking a Paratransit Driver to join our Spokane, WA team. You will operate as a professional bus driver, ensuring safe, comfortable passenger transport while strictly following routes, schedules, and safety guidelines.

The role offers paid training to obtain a CDL with passenger endorsement, with starting pay at $24.00 per hour and progression to $29.00 under the union pay scale. Plenty of benefits and a strong team environment accompany this full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• CDL Class C with passenger endorsement or ability to obtain CDL through paid training.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations: follow routes and schedules; adhere to safety protocols and traffic laws.
• Passenger care: assist boarding, comfortable rides, timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle vigilance: perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues; ensure cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Adherence to protocols: enforce seat belts, emergency readiness, regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as required.
