Responsibilities

• Monitor AVL and paratransit scheduling system for schedule adherence.
• Assign vehicles to scheduled service, demand response, and special assignments.
• Fill open shifts daily to maintain service coverage and on-time passenger scheduling.
• Provide back-up support as a van operator and assist passengers with service inquiries.
