Job summary

RATP Dev in Greensboro, NC seeks a Paratransit Bus Driver to deliver safe, courteous service to riders on designated routes. The role requires a valid NC CDL Class C with passenger endorsement, the ability to pass a DOT physical, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NC CDL Class C with passenger endorsement required.
• DOT physical exam required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line contact to deliver quality customer service.
• Safely operate buses through city and freeway traffic.
• Assist passengers with disabilities and safety restraints as needed.
• Perform pre-trip inspection and DVIR per FMCSR.
• Communicate detour and incident information to dispatch.
