A National Transit is hiring a Paratransit Bus Operator (Non-CDL) in Hapeville, GA. This full-time role supports passengers with disabilities, operating in a safety-sensitive, 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities include safe transport, assistive boarding, and strict adherence to DOT/ADA regulations. Training is provided with a path to post-training pay and dependent on experience, attendance, and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely according to routes and manifests.
• Assist with boarding, mobility devices, and securement.
• Operate vehicles per DOT, ADA, company, and traffic rules.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects.
