Job summary

Keolis Commuter Services in Los Angeles is seeking a customer-focused team member to support daily operations and ensure safe, reliable transit services. The role requires strong communication in English and the ability to handle challenging situations with courtesy and professionalism.

The position involves working shift schedules, adhering to safety protocols, and undergoing pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 6 months of hire.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Criminal background check as regulated by the client.
• Must pass mandated drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with friendliness and empathy.

Knowledge and Experience:

Drug and alcohol screening: Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Also contingent upon receiving a favorable background check. Must pass a physical examination.
