Job summary

Marrakech, Inc. seeks a Paraprofessional to support young adults with behavioral health needs in their recovery. You’ll assist with daily living skills, encourage independence, and follow individualized plans.

Paid training and mileage reimbursement are provided; a valid CT driver’s license and insured vehicle are required. No two days are the same, but every day offers meaningful impact. Experience is helpful but not required; we value reliability, compassion, and a teamwork mindset as you join

• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License required.
• Personal insured vehicle required.
• Experience is helpful but not required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines.
• Supporting medical needs and appointments.
• Following individualized support and recovery plans.
• Encouraging community involvement and social engagement.
• Completing routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff).
• Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team.

About the Role

As a Paraprofessional, you’ll play a vital role in supporting young adults behavioral health and similar needs in their recovery. You’ll provide these individuals with daily support and encourage independence and personal choice.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines
• Supporting medical needs and appointments
• Following individualized support and recovery plans
• Encouraging community involvement and social engagement
• Completing routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff)
• Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team
