Job summary

Achievers Learning Academy in Lutz, FL is seeking Paraprofessionals / Teaching Assistants for the 2026–2027 school year. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to help neurodivergent students succeed throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• RBT certification is a plus, but not required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience in education, ABA, childcare, ESE, therapy, camps, or related settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support students during academic instruction.
• Assist with classroom routines and transitions.
• Support students during transitions between activities, classrooms, and daily routines.
• Support students during lunch, recess, specials, and community activities.
• Create a warm, positive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and leadership staff.
