Language & Literacy Academy for Learning, Inc. in Winter Haven, FL is hiring multiple full-time Paraeducators – Special Education Teacher Aides to join our dedicated team.

This onsite role offers a schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with competitive benefits and the chance to impact students' learning. The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or 60 credit hours and a passing ParaPro score, along with adaptability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 credit hours and a passing score on the ParaPro exam.

• Experience working with special education students is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom instruction and assist with small group learning.

• Help ensure students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
