Language & Literacy Academy for Learning, Inc. in Winter Haven, FL is hiring multiple full-time Paraeducators – Special Education Teacher Aides to join our dedicated team.

This onsite role offers a schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with competitive benefits and the chance to impact students' learning. The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or 60 credit hours and a passing ParaPro score, along with adaptability and teamwork.

YOUR DAY

As our Paraeducator – Special Education Teacher Aide, you'll support classroom instruction, assist with small group learning, supervise students, and help maintain a clean, organized learning space.
