Qualifications

• Assist in daily instruction and behavior interventions for students on caseload
• Collect data to inform instruction and behavior plans
• Support students with IEPs, Behavior Intervention Plans, and Tier 2 supports

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily instruction and behavior interventions for students on caseload (70%)
• Provide one-on-one or small group support during classroom activities and implement behavior management strategies
• Collect data on interventions to improve instruction and behavior plans
• Provide behavioral, social-emotional, and academic interventions aligned with student support plans
• Supervise assigned students and ensure safety
• Support scholars with activities of daily living as needed (20%)
