Caledonia Community Schools seeks a Paraprofessional Level 1 (Special Education-ASD) at Duncan Lake Middle School. The role supports a student with moderate to severe disabilities, aiding in instruction, self-help, and behavioral programs under a certified teacher’s supervision.
Responsibilities include assisting with IEPs, monitoring progress, and helping the student engage in activities. Mandatory high school diploma; experience with disabilities preferred.
The Special Education (SE) Paraprofessional assists the teacher in providing for the physical and instructional needs of an individual student with moderate to severe disabilities. The SE Paraprofessional assists with the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including self-help, behavioral management, and instructional programs.
