Job summary

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC in New York is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with developmental needs through ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work across home, school, and center-based settings.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and experience with ABA data collection.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
• Patient, creative and compassionate approach.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work across home, school, and/or center-based settings.
• Implement individualized BIPs with fidelity.
• Collect and record session data accurately within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with families and your clinical team to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings.

Monday to Friday from 3:00pm - 5:00pm . OR Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays; 4:00pm to 6:00pm , Saturdays & Sundays; 10:00am to 12:00pm

Hourly rate

$25.00 - $30.00 hourly (Starting)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

• Collect and record session data accurately (Rethink) within 24 hours


• Collaborate with families and your clinical team to support client progress
