Job summary

LBAPS, (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and developmental needs. Flexible part-time or full-time roles offer meaningful, hands-on ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will work across home, school, and center settings, implement BIPs, and track data with Rethink within 24 hours, collaborating closely with families and the clinical team for client progress.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work across home, school, and/or center-based settings.
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
• Collect and record session data accurately (Rethink) within 24 hours.

Hourly rate: $25.00 - $30.00 hourly (Starting)
