LBAPS, Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC, is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental needs. You’ll provide high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, working across home, school, and center-based settings.

You’ll implement individualized BIPs, collect and record session data with Rethink within 24 hours, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to monitor progress.

Competenze

• At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
• A patient, creative, and compassionate approach.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
