LBAPS is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, supporting children with autism and developmental needs across home, school, and center settings. You’ll collect and record session data in Rethink within 24 hours, collaborate with families and the clinical team, and participate in ongoing support meetings.

Flexible scheduling and mentorship from experienced BCBAs help you grow toward BCBA supervision.

Competenze

• 6 months of experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Hourly rate: $25.00 - $30.00 hourly (Starting)

What You’ll Be Doing:
