Englewood Public School District is seeking a Learning Support Paraprofessional at Englewood Middle School. You will provide direct instructional support to students with mild to moderate learning disabilities, assist with assignments, and help implement IEP goals in a collaborative, inclusive classroom environment.

Learning Support Special Education paraprofessional provides direct support to students with mild to moderate learning disabilities, assisting with academic instruction, behavior management, and social-emotional development. This position requires collaboration with teachers, special service providers, families and other staff to implement IEP goals and create an inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and dedicated to helping students achieve their individual learning goals. The position may involve riding the bus and providing student supervision on the bus to and from the work site during morning and afternoon bus runs.

Bachelor's degree (preferred).
English fluency will be determined through the interview process.
Valid Colorado Driver's License.
Current First Aid and CPR (or obtained within first six months of employment).
Occasional jogging and running.
Frequent lifting ten (10) to twenty (20) pounds.
Occasional lifting of up to one hundred-fifty (150) pounds, with assistance.
Frequent sitting, bending, walking, standing, stooping, kneeling squatting, and reaching.

Starting hourly rate is $19.99 - $22.61 per hour, based upon education and prior related experience.
