W.E.B. Du Bois Regional Middle School

Requirements/Qualifications:Associates Degree or High School Diploma with 48 additional credits at a higher institution or a passing grade on ParaPro exam.Experience and/or willingness for working with students with Special
Needs, IEP’s, behavior plans. De-escalation training preferred.

Demonstrated experience working with students with social and emotional disabilities.
Demonstrated experience implementing behavior intervention plans, positive behavior
supports, socially and emotionally responsive practices and data collection.
Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism in response to complex
situations.
Demonstrated ability to be a part of highly collaborative teams
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally
May require lifting of up to sixty (60) pounds.

Salary: As per BHEA Unit C Contract
