Requirements/Qualifications: Associates Degree or High School Diploma with 48 additional credits at a higher institution or a passing grade on ParaPro exam. Experience working with students with Special Needs, IEP's, behavior plans.De-escalation training a preferred. May be require lifting up to 60 pounds. May require assistance with personal hygiene
