Job summary

Berkshire Hills Regional School District's Monument Mountain Regional High School in Great Barrington, Massachusetts is seeking Paraprofessionals for the RISE program to support students with multiple disabilities. (RISE-Reaching Independence through Support and Education)

Preferred Requirements / Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with students with multiple disabilities.
• Demonstrated experience implementing behavior intervention plans, positive behavior supports, and taking data.
• Demonstrated ability to support students' independence through use of communication devices (such as iPads) and assistive technology (such as wheelchairs, adapted bicycles, adapted silverware, etc ... ).
• Demonstrated ability to assist students with personal hygiene needs. Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism in response to complex medical situations.
• May require lifting ofup to 60 pounds.
• Experience with Adult Vocational/Job Coaching

Start Date/Work Scheduled: August 27, 2026 School – 7 hours/day School Year

Salary: As per BHEA Unit C Contract

Salary Range: $20.00-$23.00
