Job summary

Coolidge is seeking a Paraprofessional to support students under the supervision of a teacher. The role involves assisting with small groups, reinforcing content, and promoting student safety.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, college credits or an associate degree, and be able to communicate effectively with students and staff. Experience with diverse populations and a willingness to participate in ongoing training are preferred.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits or an Associates degree preferred.
• Paraprofessional test completion is encouraged.

• Assist teacher by reinforcing material with small groups.

Education

• Under supervision of the teacher, works with small groups of students to reinforce material initially introduced by the teacher.
• Participates in in-service training programs, as assigned.
• Performs various duties to ensure the safety of students is always maintained at the school site.
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Starting salary is dependent upon experience.
