Job summary

Coolidge is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to work under the supervision of teachers at our Arizona school sites. The role supports classroom instruction and helps reinforce material with students across educational levels.

You will assist with small groups, participate in in-service training, promote safe school practices, communicate effectively with students and staff, and perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Paraprofessional Test completed or 60 college credits or an Associate degree.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Ability to work with students at various levels.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff.
• Commitment to student safety and school policies.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the teacher, works with small groups of students to reinforce material.
• Participates in in-service training programs, as assigned.
• Performs various duties to ensure the safety of students is always maintained at the school site.

• Participates in in-service training programs, as assigned.

• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Starting salary is dependent upon experience.
