Job summary

Qualifications

• Arizona DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• First Aid/CPR and AED certification within 30 days preferred.
• Ability to speak fluent Spanish preferred.
• Experience with reading intervention is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in regular classrooms, ESL, and special education settings.
• Supervise playground, lunch, lavatory, bus areas and transport when required.
• Assist in preparing instructional materials and classroom setup.
• Support students in acquiring English language skills.
• Maintain safety, order and accurate records of student activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and report progress as needed.
