Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a part-time Paraprofessional to support students at KIPP Catto. You will work closely with teachers to provide one-on-one and small-group assistance, reinforcing lessons and ensuring a supportive classroom environment.

This role prioritizes collaboration, strong organization, and confidentiality, with daytime, school-based hours and a pay range of $22 to $27 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is required, and an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paraprofessional, preferably in a school-based setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information.

Responsibilities

Requirements
