Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable paraprofessionals to support students in the Derry School District.

Join three full-time, school-based positions at Derry Middle School, Derry Elementary School, and the Derry DEEP Program with Monday–Friday daytime schedules. Responsibilities include one-on-one or small group support, assisting with academic and social-emotional goals, and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children, disabilities, education, healthcare, or human services preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, dependable, compassionate and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during the school day.
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals as directed by teachers.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Support classroom instruction and encourage student engagement and independence.
• Assist with transitions, activities, and daily routines.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff and supervisors.
• Maintain student confidentiality and follow school policies.
• Help students build confidence, independence, and learning habits.

Interim HealthCare is currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Paraprofessionals to support students within the Derry School District. If you enjoy working with children, helping students achieve their goals, and making a positive impact in the classroom, we'd love to hear from you!

We are currently hiring for three full-time school-based positions supporting students in a collaborative educational environment. Whether you have experience in education, behavioral support, human services, or simply have a passion for helping others succeed, this is an incredibly rewarding opportunity.

Available Positions

Derry Middle School

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:55 AM - 2:30 PM

Derry Elementary School

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:50 AM - 3:10 PM

Derry DEEP Program

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 2:50 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students throughout the school day.
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals as directed by the classroom teacher and school team.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Support classroom instruction and encourage student engagement and independence.
• Assist with transitions, classroom activities, and daily routines.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and supervisors.
• Maintain student confidentiality and follow school policies and procedures.
• Help students build confidence, independence, and successful learning habits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
