Ampersand Therapy is hiring full-time Paraprofessionals to support students in a K-12 school setting in Aurora, CO. You will provide direct support to students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs while helping them access their education and succeed in the classroom.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in the classroom.
• Assist with implementing behavior plans and classroom strategies.
• Support students with academic tasks and daily routines.
• Help reinforce social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers.
• Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
