Job summary

Liberty Education Solutions is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support students in school-based settings. The PCA will provide individualized support to help students stay safe, engaged, and successful throughout the school day.

Responsibilities include one-on-one support, assisting with academic and personal needs, and following student plans while collaborating with teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• Experience in a school, childcare, special education, behavioral health, or caregiving environment is a plus.
• Patient, compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
